Changing Uzbekistan: It Will Not Be the Same in the Near Future

Uzbekistan is a developing country in the Centre of Asia. It declared independence from the Soviet Union in 1991. Today, Uzbekistan is the most populated country in the Central Asia subregion.

So far, historical buildings, spectacular places, landscapes, nature, and historical cities represented Uzbekistan in the global area. Many people knew Uzbekistan thanks to the ancient cities such as Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva. There were no skyscrapers in the country.

1.Tashkent City

Tashkent city is an 80-hectare mini-city that will locate within the capital city of Tashkent. Tashkent City is among the largest projects in Uzbekistan and in Central Asia as well. Many people know Moscow city, unalike it, Tashkent city is supposed to have 20-hectare park and green areas.

The value of the project is $500 million in the US and carried out by the MJ Developers company. According to Ankit Jalan, the strategic advisor of MJ Developers, the area of Lake City will be about 100 hectares. He also states that all facilities and amenities will be around the lake.

If you visit Uzbekistan, particularly this city, you can see fountains in the artificial lake, which is supposed to be similar to the fountains of Dubai and Las Vegas.

3.Minerva city

Minerva city is another project in the city within the city concept. The city is building in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Like Lake City, the area of Minerva city will be 100 hectares.

The city will make Tashkent even attractive for international tourists and other guests of Uzbekistan.

Shopping malls, hotels, business centers, premium accommodation, office buildings, schools, kindergartens, colleges, and many other facilities will be in the city. However, the Minerva World of Knowledge University in Minerva City will be the gem of the project. Kun Uz.
